Rez-Mesh for Conflict and Communications Disruption
During conflict or prolonged communications disruption, civilians may still need to exchange local information even when the infrastructure they normally depend on is unavailable.
Civilian continuity first
The scenario centers families, shelters, community coordination points and humanitarian personnel. It does not present Rez-Mesh as a targeting, combat or offensive system.
Infrastructure independence can matter
Cellular and internet availability can become intermittent or disappear entirely. Local device-to-device communication provides a different dependency model.
Information moves through reachable participants
A local message can move only where participating devices and viable links exist. The visual model therefore shows finite local paths rather than blanket coverage.
Calm communication under disruption
The product should communicate resilience rather than fear: people remain, devices remain, and local communication can continue where paths are available.
